We are advising a number of leading Corporate Tax Groups on further strategic growth from London.

This includes an Elite US law firm that’s looking to add an ambitious Corporate Tax Lawyer to its highly regarded London team.

This is a fantastic chance to join one of the most respected tax practices in the City — working on complex, cross-border transactions and advisory matters for big-name corporates, funds, and financial institutions.

As a top-tier US law firm with a strong London presence, they have a stellar reputation regularly working on international deals spanning Europe, the US, and Asia; and can offer the full breadth of work across;

Clients include household-name multinationals, funds, sovereign wealth entities, and financial institutions — so the work is big-ticket, varied, and global.

Requirements

• Corporate Tax Associate/ Senior Associate (1PQE+)
• England & Wales Qualified
• Must have experience from a leading Global, Magic/ Silver Circle or US firm

(Further Associate positions across Global firms in London; and always happy to disclose wider options for more junior/ senior individuals)

• Those based in the Regional offices of Top 50 UK & Global firms, are welcome to apply also.

Remuneration

• £160,000 +
• Excellent bonus structure
