Tax Knowledge Lawyer (PSL) in City of London

Job description

We have been instructed by a Tier 1 tax team at a prominent Silver Circle law firm in London to assist with the hire of a Knowledge Lawyer into the team.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Associate (5+PQE) looking to move into a Knowledge Lawyer role or for an existing Knowledge Lawyer ready for a new challenge. You’ll be joining one of the UK’s leading tax advisory practices, supporting fee-earners across the full spectrum of the Tax & Reward group and playing a key role in the team’s continued growth and development.

The Tax & Reward team advises on a wide range of transactional tax matters, reflecting the firm’s broad client base and sector strengths. This includes corporate, finance, real estate, and investment fund transactions.

As part of the firm’s established Knowledge team, you’ll take on a varied and strategic role that goes far beyond traditional know-how management. This includes:

• Developing and maintaining know-how and precedents
• Supporting internal and external training initiatives
• Contributing to client-facing publications and thought leadership
• Collaborating with Knowledge Lawyers across the firm to share insights and best practices
• Engaging directly with clients and playing a visible role in the practice
