I'm recruiting a skilled CNC Setter/Operator to join a precision engineering firm in the Kirbymoorside area on a permanent basis. This is a secure, full-time job offering solid training, great earning potential, and long-term prospects.

Hours : 4 on 4 off Day Shift

Pay : £46,200 pa (on completion of training)

The CNC Setter/Operator Role:

• Set and operate 3- and 4-axis CNC Milling machinery (Fanuc / Haas)
• Make tooling adjustments and basic program edits
• Use probing systems and read engineering drawings
• Maintain your own quality checks and part logs

I'm looking for a CNC Setter/Operator who is confident working from technical drawings, making tooling offsets, and running their own machine with minimal supervision.

CNC Setter/Operator Requirements:

• Time-served CNC experience (Fanuc / Haas or similar) in a precision engineering environment
• Strong understanding of machine setup, offsets, and probing
• Happy to work permanent night shifts
