Job description

This dynamic, fast growing and forward-thinking City law firm has a new opportunity for a Banking & Finance Associate created because of practice growth.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE from either a global or well-respected boutique law firm. Experience must include a broad range of banking work and will include acquisition finance, general corporate lending (on LMA terms) and real estate finance exposure.

The successful candidate will work closely with the lead partner and lead on matters relating to security and loan facilities for corporate borrowers, PE providers, and real estate developers. They will also provide mentoring and guidance to junior associates
