Location: Broughton

Contract: Until end of October 2026

Inside IR35

Rates:

• £21.00 per hour (PAYE)
• £28.09 per hour (Umbrella)

Carbon60 is recruiting for an experienced Enablement Support professional to join a leading aerospace and engineering client based in Broughton. This contract role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact programme focused on production ramp-up and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support production areas with project-based initiatives
• Implement new ways of working and best practices to drive enablement
• Ensure compliance with EHS and Airworthiness standards
• Drive continuous improvement through the SQCDP process (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People)
• Provide lineside support to resolve production blockers
• Act as a liaison between departments, including facilities and maintenance, to ensure SLA adherence and delivery targets

Candidate Profile:

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Adaptable and proactive with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Experience with Workday and SAP (desirable)
• Proficient in Google Applications
