Financial Services Product Counsel – Global Fintech | London or EU

Our client is a leading global fintech, delivering innovative products across payments, credit, crypto, investing, and mobile services. They’re seeking a Financial Services Product Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance across multiple markets and product lines.

Advise on consumer credit, PSD2 & payments regulations

Navigate emerging areas (crypto, investing, mobile)

Draft & simplify consumer-facing T&Cs

Manage multi-jurisdictional compliance & card scheme issues

Partner with product, commercial & engineering teams to balance innovation and legal risk

You’ll bring:

• 5–10 PQE, qualified lawyer
• Strong financial services/payments experience
• Expertise in PSD2, consumer credit & global compliance
• Pragmatic communicator able to simplify complex rules
