We are partnered with a leading MGA in the Motor Insurance space on an exclusive basis as they seek a Conduct Risk focused individual to join their team.


Reporting into the Senior Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:


Key Duties:


  • Developing maintaining, and embedding the Conduct Risk Framework to ensure effective identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of conduct risks across the business.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA requirements, including Consumer Duty.
  • Conduct thematic reviews and horizon scanning to identify emerging conduct risks (e.g., claims settlement fairness, pricing practices, vulnerable customer treatment).
  • Support product approval and review processes, ensuring products deliver fair value to customers and operate as intended throughout their lifecycle.
  • Develop and analyse conduct risk MI and customer outcome metrics; report findings to senior management, committees, and the Board.
  • Work closely with underwriting, claims, operations, and customer service teams to embed a strong conduct risk culture and provide practical advice on regulatory expectations.
  • Support investigation and remediation of conduct-related incidents, customer detriment cases, or regulatory breaches.
  • Deliver training sessions and guidance to employees to strengthen understanding of conduct risk and customer-centric behaviour.


About You:


  • Proven experience in conduct risk/compliance within the insurance industry (preferably motor insurance or personal lines).
  • Strong understanding of FCA regulation, particularly Consumer Duty.
  • Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business processes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
  • Knowledge of data analytics or conduct MI frameworks.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ICA, CII, or IRM).
