Leveraged Finance Associate (1–5 PQE) – US Firm, London

An elite US firm is looking to appoint a Leveraged Finance Associate (1–5 PQE) to join its leading Banking & Finance team in London.

The practice advises across the full spectrum of sponsor and lender-side transactions, including leveraged and acquisition financings, refinancings, recapitalisations, and cross-border syndicated lending. The team is known for its close alignment with leading private equity clients and complex cross-border deal flow.

Requirements:

• England & Wales qualified (or equivalent).
• 1–5 PQE within leveraged or acquisition finance.
• Experience acting for sponsors, corporates, or lenders on cross-border transactions.
• Strong academics and a collaborative, commercial approach.
