About the Role

A well-established and growing building services Engineering consultancy is looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to join their expanding Birmingham office. This is a key role within a business that’s earned a strong reputation working with Tier 1 contractors and delivering technically challenging, high-profile projects across the UK.

You’ll take ownership of BIM delivery on complex building services projects, working at Stage 5 level of detail and collaborating closely with mechanical and electrical teams. The business is investing heavily in its Birmingham office as part of a wider national growth strategy, offering long-term stability and genuine progression for the right person.

You’ll join a close-knit, six-person team that includes experienced mechanical and electrical engineers, with plans to continue expanding to meet strong project demand.

What They’re Looking For

• Experienced Senior MEP BIM Coordinator with a solid background in building services Engineering (mechanical or electrical)
• Confident working to Stage 5 detail
• Ability to Commute to Birmingham City Centre
• Able to manage BIM deliverables independently and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Looking for a long-term career move within a growing, well-supported office environment
