Field Sales Representative

London and The South East Full-time | Competitive salary + bonus + benefits

We’re looking for a driven and personable Field Sales Representative to join our growing team.

You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing customers, promoting an exciting portfolio of traditional and digital dental equipment and sundries.

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Grow and manage a portfolio of dental lab customers across the region
• Promote and sell both traditional and digital dental equipment & sundries
• Identify and convert new business opportunities
• Organise and host study clubs, workshops, and demo events
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

What We’re Looking For

• Field sales experience (dental or healthcare sector preferred)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
• Willing to travel regularly and stay away overnight when needed
• Confident with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
