Job Title: Product Specialist

Salary: £30,000 + £12,000 OTE

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

The Opportunity:



As a Product Specialist, you’ll be a bridge between technology and customers — working with Account Executives to deliver Proofs of Value, demonstrate use cases, and ensure clients see the true impact of the product. You’ll gain first-hand exposure to enterprise clients, complex buying cycles, and cutting-edge AI solutions.



Your Role:



  • Partner with Account Executives to design and deliver tailored product trials for enterprise prospects
  • Lead engaging demos, showing customers how AI can simplify and speed up complex tasks
  • Understand client challenges, design smart solutions, and guide them through adoption
  • Collaborate with Support and Technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Help turn trials into long-term success stories — you’ll be key to the growth engine



What You’ll Bring:



  • A degree in a technical, analytical, or scientific subject — or similar experience
  • Curiosity and confidence in understanding how software works
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative, problem-solving approach
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to think on your feet
