Residential Chartered Surveyor – Where Character Meets Craftsmanship

Location: South Manchester Region (around Stockport & Derby), within 25 miles of Macclesfield

Salary: £45,000 + performance bonuses (Trainee option: £25,000)

Now, they’re looking for a Residential Chartered Surveyor (MRICS preferred) who shares that same philosophy: someone who values the craft as much as the client.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct residential surveys with care, precision, and perspective from modern homes to beautiful, listed buildings.
• Guide clients through the process in plain English, helping them feel informed and confident.
• Work independently but stay connected to a genuinely collaborative team.
• Deliver honest, detailed reports that make complex information simple to understand.

Who We’re Looking For

• Ideally MRICS accredited, with around 5+ years of experience.
• Confident working independently and committed to doing right by clients.
• A great communicator personable, patient, and unafraid to explain the tricky bits clearly.
• Open-minded, curious, and up for continuous learning.
