♀ What You’ll Do

✅ Lead BIM delivery across multi-disciplinary design projects

✅ Mentor and support junior team members

✅ Set digital standards and ensure quality BIM outputs

✅ Oversee model health, data integration, and clash detection

✅ Work closely with clients, engineers, and architects

✅ Represent the BIM team internally and at industry events

What You’ll Bring

✔ Proven experience in a BIM or digital design leadership role

✔ Strong Revit skills and a solid grasp of BIM workflows

✔ Track record coordinating with cross-functional design teams

✔ A passion for mentoring, innovation, and continuous improvement
