About the Role

We’re hiring a Vice President – Sales (Insurance) for a globally recognized data and AI-driven digital transformation firm. This is a senior leadership position focused on expanding new business within Personal and Commercial Lines.

You’ll be driving complex, high-value solution sales, engaging C-level stakeholders across major insurers, and leading strategic deal closures with ACVs of $2M+ and TCVs exceeding $30M.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead new business acquisition and revenue growth across the Insurance segment
• Build and manage relationships with COOs, Transformation Heads, and business leaders in the Insurance industry
• Partner with cross-functional and global teams to craft transformative data, AI, and digital solutions
• Shape high-impact proposals and drive end-to-end deal closure
• Contribute to strategic account planning and GTM initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in BPO | BPM | Data | AI solution sales
• Proven success in new client acquisition and enterprise deal management
• Deep domain knowledge and relationships within the Insurance sector
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence at C-suite level
• Experience managing large, matrixed, global teams
