What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and coaching a national team of Business Development Managers to hit ambitious new business targets.
- Driving acquisition of B2B fleet customers (100+ vehicles) across Cars, LCVs, HGVs and specialist vehicles.
- Embedding best-in-class sales methodologies and ensuring pipeline discipline through CRM excellence.
- Shaping strategic sales plans and supporting major pitches with senior decision-makers.
What You’ll Need to Bring
- Proven success leading B2B sales teams in fleet, automotive, leasing or related sectors.
- A track record of delivering new business growth and managing multi-million-pound pipelines.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with commercial acumen and board-level gravitas.
- Expertise in sales strategy, performance management and stakeholder engagement.
