Role Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising and business development efforts across the Italian institutional market.
• Build and maintain relationships with pension funds, insurers, consultants, and other institutional investors.
• Represent the firm's public and private market strategies in investor meetings, conferences, and due diligence sessions.
• Collaborate with internal investment and product teams to tailor messaging and materials for the Italian market.
• Provide ongoing client servicing and support, ensuring a high standard of communication and responsiveness.
• Contribute to the firm's broader European distribution strategy and share market insights with senior leadership.
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Proven track record of raising capital from Italian institutional investors, with a strong understanding of both public and/or private market investment strategies.
• Deep network across pensions, insurers, consultants, and other institutional allocators in Italy.
• Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Based in London or willing to relocate, with the ability to travel regularly to Italy.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
