Salary - £55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus

In this pivotal role, you’ll:

• Lead and inspire internal sales and customer contact teams to convert inbound enquiries into profitable revenue.
• Drive sales through service, embedding a culture of accountability, ownership, and exceptional customer experience.
• Shape and deliver commercial performance – quote conversion, margin growth, and process discipline.
• Act as the central hub between depots, operations, and customer teams to ensure smooth, scalable service delivery.
• Champion continuous improvement, CRM transformation, and data-driven decision-making.
