Are you an experienced economics professional looking to take the next step in your career with a market-leading consultancy? This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s most reputable property consultancies, renowned for its global reach and multidisciplinary expertise.


You will be joining a well-established Economics Division of around 25 specialists, working across the UK. The team is growing and now seeking an Associate Director or Director to lead and expand its presence across the Northern region.


About the Team

The economics team is at the heart of the business, partnering with developers, investors and public sector bodies to deliver evidence-based insights and strategies. Their work covers four key areas:


  • Economic & social impact assessments
  • Market analysis
  • Business planning & funding strategies
  • Strategic research & evaluation


You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across development, planning and investment, reflecting the multidisciplinary strength of the wider business. This is a profitable and high-performing division, built over the past decade with an outstanding reputation in economic development and strategic consultancy.


About You

You’ll be an established professional in the economics, regeneration or property consultancy space, confident in leading client relationships and contributing to business growth. You’ll also have a passion for mentoring and developing a team, supported by colleagues across the UK.
