Portugal (Aveiro & Lisbon for 3–4 weeks, November 2025)

EXRT ai is a sports performance technology company developing an ai-powered platform and chest patch that delivers continuous, medical-grade ECG monitoring and actionable performance insights.

Our mission is to help athletes and clubs make better, data-driven performance decisions, going beyond consumer wearables like Whoop and Polar to deliver precision analytics that improve performance, recovery, and cardiovascular health.

Following our acceptance into a leading accelerator programme and ongoing product development, EXRT ai is entering an exciting stage of international growth and partnership building.

The Role:

We are seeking a Startup Representative to represent EXRT ai in Portugal during a key business development period in November 2025, including attending Web Summit.

This role involves on-the-ground operational support, relationship building, and daily communication with the CEO. The successful candidate will help drive our expansion into performance partnerships and market validation.

This position offers a clear pathway toward a Co-Founder role, following successful completion of the engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent EXRT ai professionally in meetings, events, and partner discussions.
• Provide daily written and verbal updates to the CEO.
• Support logistics, research, and partner outreach in Portugal.
• Build relationships with sports and performance stakeholders.
• Actively contribute to EXRT ai’s growth strategy in international markets.

Requirements:

• Availability to be based in Portugal for 3–4 weeks in November 2025.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently in dynamic settings.
• Confident and adaptable to new environments.
• Background or interest in sports, health technology, or performance innovation preferred.
• Willingness to contribute to shared travel and accommodation costs, agreed in advance.
