Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Milton Keynes

Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid or Office Based)

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

Salary: £15,000–£20,000 base (pro-rated) + commission (OTE up to £25,000) TBC

⏰ Hours: Approx. 20–24 per week TBC

They are a fast-growing SaaS company on a mission to simplify how businesses handle invoicing, payments, and customer communications. Their platform helps companies deliver smarter, faster, and more engaging digital experiences for their customers, improving cash flow and reducing costs along the way.

As they expand UK operations, they’re looking for a proactive and personable SDR to join their team in Milton Keynes and help drive new business opportunities.

The Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, sparking interest, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for the sales team.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

✅ Identify and research potential customers in sectors like utilities, media, telecoms, and insurance

✅ Make outbound calls and send outreach messages to engage new prospects

✅ Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls

✅ Keep the CRM updated and support marketing with campaign feedback

✅ Work closely with sales to fine-tune outreach strategy and messaging

What We’re Looking For

• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
• A self-starter with curiosity, resilience, and energy
• Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer engagement (ideal, but not essential)
• Comfortable using or learning CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
• Someone who thrives in a flexible, collaborative environment
