Engagement Lead - Drive Digital Impact

£90k - £95k Base + Profit Share/Performance Bonus

Do you thrive on building lasting client relationships and driving the strategic growth of digital transformation projects?

This strategic hire will play a key role in expanding relationships within major public and private sector brands. This is not a sales role; we're looking for a passionate relationship builder and trusted advisor.

The role will entail:

Client Relationship Management

Account Development

Strategic Advisory

✅ Service Coordination & Delivery

Design Statements of Work (SOWs)

Key requirements

5+ years in Client/Customer Success - digital services

Proven strategic account growth & satisfaction

Solid commercial acumen - business cases

Ability to solve business challenges with tech

Government/Public sector experience a plus
