Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an External Sales Representative based in Devon and Cornwall. The role involves actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. The Sales Representative will present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers. They will develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships, and reach out to customer leads through the sales cycle. The role also includes resolving customer issues and complaints and achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.

Qualifications

• Sales Skills: Experience in sales, possess excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
• Customer Service: Ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive business relationships
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Air Source Heat Pumps and traditional heating systems
• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address and resolve customer issues
• Time Management: Highly motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and products
• Qualifications: Experience of working with heating contractors selling equipment and accessories
