About the role:

Responsibilities include:

• Develop expertise in the M&A insurance market, gaining a deep understanding of the unique risks across diverse sectors.
• Cultivating relationships with insurers and clients.
• Business development.
• Working closely with the senior team, as part of executing deals.
• Deliver personal performance that supports the Company’s overall objectives.
• Ensure all dealings are conducted with the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.

About you:

• Experience working at a law firm, advising on M&A transactions.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, multi-tasking, stakeholder-focused environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills, with strong analytical, negotiation, and numerical abilities.
• A genuine desire to develop your career within the insurance industry.
• The ability to network extensively and build sustainable professional relationships.
• No previous insurance experience is required.
