CSD ensures top-notch quality by stocking items from world-renowned fashion brands such as Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Balmain, Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Dior, and Saint Laurent. We offer preloved luxury designer clothing, shoes, bags, jewelry, and accessories, maintaining the highest standards in fashion.

Location: Your home store will be our Marylebone Lane Store , but as this is a multi-site role, you’ll also spend time supporting our other London store when needed.


Hours: Full Time.


Salary & Benefits: £27,000-£31,000 + commission.

The Supervisor Mission

You are a passionate brand ambassador, leading by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects our brand’s unique spirit. You champion our values and guide your team to keep them at the forefront of every interaction.


What we expect:

  • Monitor sales floor performance and motivate the team to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Oversee daily running of the store, ensuring smooth opening, trading, and closing procedures.
  • Monitor cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure staff comply with company policies, dress code, and hygiene standards.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer issues or complaints.
  • Support store manager in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Assist with cash handling, till checks, and end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Maintain merchandising and window display standards in line with brand guidelines.
  • Report and record accidents, near misses, or hazards immediately.
  • Communicate key updates to staff during handovers and briefings.
