  • Embed and expand usage of the group’s digital SHEQ platform (ERP-based).
  • Develop SOPs and digital workflows for remote and site-based teams.
  • Coach and support SHEQ leads across subsidiaries.
  • Contribute to business development through SHEQ input on RFIs/RFQs.

  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Organised, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Why Apply?

  • Join a digitally advanced, values-driven organisation with a strong ESG agenda.
  • Be part of a collaborative leadership team shaping the future of the group.
  • Enjoy a modern, wellbeing-focused working environment with exceptional facilities.
  • Benefit from an upper quartile salary and benefits package.
  • Clear progression to Group SHEQ Director as the business scales.
