The Role:

As a Concession Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the concession, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for customers while driving sales and managing a high-performing team. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching, and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Managing stock levels, visual merchandising, and ensuring an appealing store presentation.
• Organising staff rotas and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Handling transactions, including till and card machine operations.
