Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic sourcing and procurement programs for the client.
Act as the service delivery lead, engaging with stakeholders at all levels to identify opportunities, manage priorities, and ensure measurable results.
Manage onshore and offshore delivery teams, ensuring performance against KPIs and SLAs.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve sourcing and operational procurement processes and governance.
Ensure delivery excellence through structured reporting, operational reviews, and stakeholder updates.
Lead change and transformation initiatives, including digital tool adoption and process optimization.
Collaborate across the organization to leverage best practices, market insights, and shared learnings — always maintaining strict client confidentiality.
Provide coaching, guidance, and training to delivery staff as needed.

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in procurement, service delivery, or transformation.
Proven ability to drive large-scale change initiatives across multiple business areas and categories.
Strong background in strategic sourcing, operational procurement, or category management.
Demonstrated success working in complex matrix environments, with both onshore and offshore teams.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the gravitas to engage senior executives.
Commercially focused mindset with a strong client-centric orientation.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
Experience with procurement tools (e.g., Jaegger) and process automation projects a plus.
Project Management (PMP) or Six Sigma Black Belt certification is an advantage.
