Lead AI Strategist in London Area

Job description

We’re looking for a Lead AI Strategist who can leverage Microsoft CoPilot (or similar AI tools) to drive productivity, efficiency, and innovation across the project management and delivery lifecycle.

Location: London (Hybrid) 3 days WFO

In this role, you will:

Lead Automation Discovery – Proactively identify and assess automation opportunities, conducting thorough process analysis to determine feasibility and business value.

Drive Implementation & Enablement – Lead the rollout of AI solutions, ensuring adoption and measurable impact across teams.

Engage as an SME in Banking – Bring domain expertise to shape AI use cases relevant to financial services and banking operations.

Reimagine Delivery – Use AI to streamline project management, requirement gathering, deliverable decomposition, testing, and other non-development activities.

Manage Stakeholders Effectively – Collaborate with senior stakeholders, business analysts, and delivery leads to align strategy and execution.

We’re looking for someone who blends AI strategy, business analysis, delivery management, and stakeholder engagement – a thought leader who can make AI practical and powerful within a complex enterprise environment.

If you’ve worked with Microsoft CoPilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar AI productivity tools, and have experience driving enablement in the banking or financial services space, we’d love to connect.
