Job description

Putting it simply, we are looking for someone to head up Sokito's sales across Europe.

Who Are Sokito?

Sokito is the world’s most eco-conscious football brand. We create lightweight, handcrafted, high performance football boots. They’re more comfortable than a 5-0 win and fit like a glove.

But it’s where they come from that really makes the difference. We use innovative bio-based and recycled materials, world-first recycling capabilities and industry leading technology to make sure that our boots maximise impact on the pitch, not the planet.

We’re working to transform the industry from within, showing that high-performance football boots and responsible design choices go hand in hand. Because caring for the planet isn’t a luxury; it's standard practice.

Why Do We Need You?

Sokito is a start-up. This means that at times, resource is our biggest pinch point. We’ve listed some key roles and responsibilities below but it’s important to note that this is far from your structured 9-5 corporate role. You’ll be hands-on in driving the business forward across a number of roles that will include:

Open Markets and Build Relationships

Identify and connect with football clubs, academies, universities, independent retailers, and distributors across key European countries. Be the face of Sokito, introducing the brand and building trusted relationships.

Drive Sales and Revenue Growth

Actively sell Sokito products across Europe, ensuring that our boots reach players from grassroots to professionals. Take full ownership of the sales pipeline, from outreach through to closing deals whilst meeting ambitious growth targets.

Gather Market Intelligence and Feedback

Collect feedback from players, coaches, parents and communities on performance, fit and preferences.  Feed captured insights into the product and marketing teams to shape development and messaging. 

Curate Innovative Activation Activities

Plan and execute creative engagement initiatives. From product trials and pop-up events to sponsorships and collaborations. We need you to explore new avenues that introduce Sokito products to new eyes across Europe. 

Represent Sokito with Passion and Purpose

Champion Sokito’s mission to redefine football through sustainability, performance, and innovation. Represent us at football events, trade shows, and tournaments to build genuine awareness and excitement.
