At Caramel we design source and manufacture our own collection which is sold in our boutiques in London, Japan, Paris, and on our website as well as wholesale distribution to over 100 stockists worldwide. We are looking for a driven and innovative individual who is passionate about fashion and design, has the desire to invest in our brand, and wants to contribute to its growth.
Role Description
Caramel London seeks a full-time Sales Advisors for Selfridges, who will ensure excellent customer service and maximize sales growth. The successful candidates will have a passion for fashion, a good understanding of luxury retail, and be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site role located in London and looking for an immediate start if possible.
The role includes
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times and maintain a high level of approach and conversation at all times.
- Consistently overachieve in sales, striving to increase on personal and store targets
- Actively seek opportunities to sell and increase sales
- Provide information for the weekly trade report to maximise business potential
- Monitor sales performance to highlight best and worst sellers
- Communicate all out of stock issues
- Ensure all customers are encouraged to join our mailing list.
- Ensure that the shop floor is fully operational for daily service
- Keep up to date with all product knowledge.
- Drive and deliver customer service standards to achieve an outstanding luxury service and quality experience
- Ensure all customers are dealt with professionally and in line with company standards and procedures
- Develop customer relationships and maintain an active customer base
- Adhere to the highest dress and grooming standards required by company policy
- Take ownership of store standards and maintain these to the highest level
- Ensure that stock is replenished regularly to maximise sales opportunities
- Check all deliveries are correct and report any discrepancies to your line Manager or Head Office.
