  • Use in-store systems confidently (till, stock, logistics, website interface)
  • Communicate valuable customer feedback to head office teams
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and inspiring store environment
  • Follow health and safety protocols

Candidate Profile:

  • Friendly, approachable, and confident communicator
  • Passionate about customer experience and retail
  • Reliable team player with attention to detail
  • Quick to learn and comfortable using tech tools
  • Genuinely interested in fashion and style
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-focused

Employee Benefits:

  • 23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays + your birthday off
  • Discretionary annual bonus
  • Clothing allowance and seasonal wardrobe
  • 40% staff discount + Friends & Family discount + access to sample sales
  • Company pension scheme
