Prime brokerage and securities lending lawyer – Interim role with Re:link

Re:link, Linklaters’ platform for contract lawyers, is looking for an experienced lawyer with expertise in prime brokerage and securities lending to support our leading financial services clients.

We are interested in lawyers who have:

  • Significant experience advising on prime brokerage and securities lending arrangements, gained in private practice or in-house in the financial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant documentation, such as Global Master Securities Lending Agreements (GMSLA) and prime brokerage agreements, and the regulatory issues affecting these products.
  • The ability to provide commercially focused, clear advice in a fast-paced environment.
