Process Improvement Specialist


Our client is seeking an experienced change professional to support large-scale transformation initiatives within their organisation.


About the Role: You'll drive organisational change and process improvement efforts, working with diverse stakeholders across all levels to deliver meaningful outcomes.


Key Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of change management principles and methodologies
  • Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships, including senior and external parties
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and coach at all organisational levels
  • Strong active listening skills and collaborative approach to working through others
  • Experience delivering large-scale organisational change programmes
  • Demonstrated capability in process improvement and business analysis
  • Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and data analysis platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
  • Results-focused mindset with flexibility to reprioritise resources as needed


Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies
  • Insurance sector experience, particularly within the London Market
