Litigation Partner / Director

Location: East Midlands (Hybrid/Flexible)

Salary: Dependent on experience, up to £150,000

The Opportunity:

A leading regional firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Litigation Partner or Director to join its well-established and growing litigation team.

This is an excellent opportunity to take a senior role within a respected and ambitious practice, working alongside a high-calibre team of litigators. The firm has a strong reputation across the East Midlands and beyond for its quality of work, collaborative culture, and progressive approach to partnership.

As a key senior figure within the department, you’ll handle your own varied caseload, typically including shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, property and contract disputes. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior fee earners and shaping the ongoing development of the litigation offering.

About You:

You’ll be an established litigator with significant post-qualification experience in commercial and civil disputes, ideally with prior experience at Partner or Director level, but this is not essential. You’ll have the confidence and credibility to lead complex cases and contribute to the strategic direction of the department.

A following or the ability to generate new business would be advantageous, though the role would equally suit a senior lawyer seeking to step into partnership within a stable, growth-minded firm. You’ll thrive in a team-driven culture where collaboration and shared success are central.
