Mode Search is excited to be partnering with a globally recognised luxury brand to appoint a Marketing & PR Coordinator to join a dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to gain broad experience across marketing, PR, events, and digital activities, supporting a busy department in delivering impactful campaigns and initiatives.

The Role:

  • Support the implementation of marketing plans and local rollouts of global campaigns.
  • Assist with media planning, artwork requests, reporting, and budget tracking.
  • Provide administrative support for the marketing team, including managing purchase orders and invoices.
  • Organise logistics for press loans, VIP dressings, and both local and international events.
  • Draft and distribute press blasts, support pitches, and collate content for press requests.
  • Contribute to influencer/talent activations, brand partnerships, and photoshoots.
  • Compile weekly and monthly PR reports and help build press relationships.
  • Support digital campaigns across owned channels.
  • Assist with event planning, guest list management, logistics, and on-site coordination.
  • Work with the team to develop exciting brand partnerships and collaborate on memorable events.
  • Use Salesforce (training provided) to create event campaigns and track attendance.


Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic self-starter with a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.


Location: Central London (hybrid) 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
