Site Lead - Infrastructure Services

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Site Lead (Infrastructure Services) to join our team in Reading. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day supervision of our infrastructure services implementation team—driving project success while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

As a Site Lead, you’ll manage engineering resources, support project delivery from start to finish, and act as a strong leader who prioritises team well-being while ensuring seamless execution on site.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and supervising implementation teams on customer projects.
• Planning, scoping, and coordinating infrastructure services installations.
• Managing site setup, materials, and compliance with RAMS and H&S standards.
• Preparing reports, documentation, and supporting site surveys.
• Overseeing installation of network cabinets, cabling solutions, switches, WAPs, and fiber/copper systems.
• Ensuring equipment safety and driving a culture of compliance on-site.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in infrastructure services and project supervision.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety requirements in an installation environment.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with cabling, termination, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with RAMS, site surveys, and coordination plans.
