About Us


We’re a personal branding agency working with some of the UK’s most high-profile leaders, founders, and entrepreneurs. Our focus is helping clients build influence through social media and content - primarily LinkedIn and Instagram. We’re at an exciting stage in our growth journey and are looking for a Head Of Social + Content to join us as a key part of that.


This role is for someone who thrives on leadership, oversight, and setting standards. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that client content and strategies are consistently world-class, delivered through the team you manage. You’ll guide, oversee, and uphold the quality of our work across accounts, while playing a leadership role in shaping the agency’s growth and direction.


The Role

As Head of Social + Content, you’ll lead and oversee our social delivery, ensuring excellence through others:

  • Brief and manage the social team, ensuring content meets the highest creative and strategic standards.
  • Oversee content calendars, campaigns, and reporting across multiple client accounts.
  • Own day-to-day client relationships (WhatsApp, monthly calls, quarterly meetings) as a trusted partner.
  • Uphold standards by reviewing output and ensuring consistency in tone, quality, and cultural relevance.
  • Translate performance data into strategic recommendations and share insights with clients.
  • Bring fresh, relevant ideas that align to client goals and broader social trends.
  • Contribute to agency leadership conversations, growth decisions, and internal standards.
  • Work alongside the Founder to shape client strategies and ensure execution delivers against them.


This role is leadership-focused. You’ll guide and elevate the team’s work, ensuring our delivery is consistently outstanding while freeing up senior founders and clients from the day-to-day.


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing social teams and overseeing content delivery at a high level (agency or in-house).
  • Excellent client communication - professional but personable, able to build trust fast.
  • Strong editorial judgment - able to critique, guide, and raise the quality of work produced by others.
  • Reliable, organised, and structured in delivery.
  • Confident interpreting analytics and turning them into actionable insight.
  • A natural curiosity for trends, formats, and cultural shifts in social media.
