Job Title: Creative Strategist – Performance @ Fast-Growth D2C Health & Wellness Brand
Location: Central London (3 days in the office)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000
This is a career-defining opportunity to join a fast-growing D2C health and wellness brand as a Creative Strategist, helping to shape the creative direction of performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and beyond.
You’ll play a pivotal role at the intersection of creative and data, turning performance insights into scroll-stopping concepts that both convert and build brand equity in an exciting, emerging category. You’ll work closely with the acquisition and marketing teams to produce, brief, and optimise high-performing creative that fuels rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop bold, original ad concepts across video, graphics, UGC, and copy that cut through and drive results
- Analyse creative performance data (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR) to generate insights and shape future campaigns
- Translate complex product benefits into compelling, human-led stories that resonate with audiences
- Partner with designers, editors, and creators to bring ideas to life across formats and platforms
- Experiment with new formats, platforms, and AI tools to enhance ad performance and push creative boundaries
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience creating high-performing Meta ads (UGC, video, statics, carousel, hooks)
- Strong creative analytics skills – confident interpreting metrics and acting on insights
- Excellent copywriting skills (hooks, scripts, ad copy)
- Experience briefing and collaborating with creative talent (designers, editors, creators)
- Organised, fast-moving, and able to deliver across multiple projects at once
- Experience across TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Ads
