Solution Designer (RetailTech / ERP Integrations)

About the Role

Join a fast-growing RetailTech company connecting the world’s leading retail and eCommerce brands with their ERP and warehouse systems.

As a Solution Designer, you’ll translate business requirements into seamless technical solutions — designing data flows, mapping integrations, and ensuring every customer implementation runs smoothly from scope to go-live.

You’ll work closely with clients, developers, and analysts to deliver integration projects across NetSuite, Shopify, Centra, Peoplevox, and WMS platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Run client workshops to gather requirements and translate them into actionable integration specs.
• Design process flows, system diagrams, and API documentation for customer solutions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
• Manage integration projects from design through to post-go-live optimisation.
• Support pre-sales activities by shaping solution proposals and providing technical input.
• Drive process improvement, documentation, and internal delivery standards.

What You Bring

• Strong background in ERP / eCommerce system integration (ideally NetSuite + Shopify/Centra/Peoplevox).
• Experience as a Functional Consultant, Solution Designer, or Technical Business Analyst.
• Confident running client workshops and writing clear technical documentation.
• Understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP/GraphQL) and data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
• Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• A passion for RetailTech, digital commerce, and systems that make brands scale faster.
