Junior Producer - £33k
Previous fashion experience essential for this role!
You will play a key role in creating high-quality content across e-commerce, organic social, and campaign channels. You will take ownership of e-commerce and flat-lay photography for wholesale, and partner programmes, manage organic social shoots, and provide production support for larger campaigns. You will oversee post-production workflows and collaborate with external partners to ensure all assets are delivered on time, on brand, and to the highest creative standards.
The Junior Producer will also manage production for social media shoots and support the Creative Content Producer on larger campaigns, helping to source props, confirm locations, and organise logistics. You will oversee post-production for wholesale, ensuring that 15+ retailers receive the images they need.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full process of e-commerce and flat-lay photography - including pre-production planning, on-the-day shoot leadership, post-production management, and final asset delivery.
- Manage all aspects of pre-production and production for organic social media shoots.
- Support the Creative Content Producer on larger campaign shoots as required.
- Oversee the post-production workflow for e-commerce imagery, partner programs, and wholesale channels - ensuring all assets are delivered on time, accurately, and to the highest creative standard.
- Responsibilities include managing retouching, colour correction, resizing, reformatting, and file naming.
- Liaise with external suppliers, freelancers, and partners to ensure smooth production processes.
- Maintain consistency with brand creative standards, art direction, and overall campaign objectives.
This role requires frequent communication with external suppliers, freelancers, partners, prop stylists, photographers, and retouchers, as the Junior Producer will run their own shoots and maintain strong relationships with key contacts.
On shoot days, the ideal candidate will be confident, decisive, and a natural leader, able to give clear direction to the team. Organisation is critical, as is flexibility - shoots can last several days at a time.
