Digital Waffle is looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join our growing team in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. This is a hybrid role combining creative design and content marketing, ideal for someone who can take ideas from concept to completion across digital channels.

Role: Digital Content Specialist

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Location: Birmingham (Jewellery Quarter) – Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite

What you’ll be doing:

• Create engaging content across multiple platforms including web, social media, and email campaigns
• Design visual assets for digital marketing activity using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
• Write and edit blogs, web copy, and case studies aligned with brand voice and SEO best practice
• Manage and grow social media channels through content planning and performance tracking
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure all creative output supports business objectives
• Contribute to campaign concepts, ensuring visual and written content work seamlessly together

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in content marketing and digital design
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across platforms
• Confident using design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or Figma
• Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing trends
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for digital storytelling
