Junior Creative Designer
About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Junior Designer to join our in-house Creative Team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Creative Director and Product Managers to deliver bold, innovative, and high-quality creative work that supports our video game campaigns and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Product Managers to produce engaging campaign assets.
- Take ownership of design projects, delivering creative solutions that exceed expectations.
- Plan, develop, and execute design concepts from initial idea through to final delivery, ensuring all work aligns with brand vision and project briefs.
- Design a wide range of marketing assets for video games, including digital banners for first-party platforms (Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo), logos, style guides, merchandise, and more.
- Use creative project management tools effectively to stay organized and meet deadlines.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects efficiently, balancing workloads and proactively addressing potential delays.
- Review and refine final assets to ensure all deliverables are accurate, polished, and ready for release.
- Contribute fresh, exciting ideas that challenge conventions and push creative boundaries.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of design experience in an in-house agency, creative studio, or freelance environment.
- Experience in the gaming industry is essential.
- Strong passion for branding and visual design, with the ability to create assets from concept to production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (required). Knowledge of animation, video editing, or Blender is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, versatile design work across multiple campaigns and formats.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, communicate ideas clearly, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work under tight timelines.
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
