Overview:
Responsible for leading communications strategy and execution for a portfolio of high-profile corporate partners across multiple racing series and global events. This role supports strategic commercial objectives by delivering impactful media engagement, content, and activations that drive value for both the business and its sponsors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual communications plans for key partners.
- Lead media and communications activity across Formula 1, IndyCar, WEC, and esports.
- Manage partner announcements and campaign launches from planning to delivery.
- Oversee brand representation in partner content and public engagements.
- Amplify partner activations through targeted media outreach.
- Support executive speaking engagements at global industry events.
- Act as liaison between internal teams including Partnerships, Digital, Licensing, and Events.
- Produce high-quality written materials including press releases, briefings, and reports.
- Assist in risk management and issue handling related to partner communications.
Role Details:
- Hybrid working (3 days in the office).
- Reports to the Director of Corporate Communications.
- Includes some international travel and management of two direct reports.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in communications, media relations, or brand management.
- Strong partner relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
