We're searching for an experienced and dynamic Head of Performance to join our innovative in-house team in the heart of London. This is a unique opportunity to take the reins of our digital advertising efforts, shaping our strategy and directly impacting our growth.


What You'll Bring...

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a deep understanding of the digital landscape.
  • Expert-level proficiency in paid search platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Microsoft Advertising (Bing), as well as Google Shopping. You'll know how to optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Proven mastery of paid social channels, specifically Facebook and Instagram Ads. You're adept at audience targeting, creative testing, and campaign scaling.
  • Essential in-house experience within the fashion, retail, or luxury sectors. You understand the nuances of these industries and how to market effectively within them.
  • Demonstrable success in the end-to-end management of digital campaigns, from creation and implementation to comprehensive reporting and in-depth data analysis. You're not just a strategist; you're a doer.
  • A highly analytical mind, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and continuous improvements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate strategies and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


What You'll Do...

  • Developing, executing, and optimizing high-performing paid search and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve key business objectives.
  • Managing significant advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend and maximum return on investment.
  • Conducting in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Crafting compelling ad copy and collaborating with our creative team to develop engaging visuals.
  • Implementing robust tracking and reporting mechanisms, providing regular performance updates and strategic recommendations.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and platform updates, continually identifying new strategies and technologies to enhance our performance.
