HUG is excited to partner with an innovative healthtech startup to recruit Full Stack Tech Lead to join their UK team. This dynamic company is driving impactful solutions in the healthcare industry, offering a collaborative and fast-paced environment for talented professionals.


About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled Full Stack Tech Lead to join a high-performing team building scalable, user-centric solutions. You’ll play a key role in designing and developing intuitive, responsive interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a platform that creates meaningful user experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable features with a focus on user experience.
  • Build and maintain robust, responsive interfaces using modern technologies.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Participate in iterative development cycles to test and refine solutions.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with a lean more towards front-end development.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and GraphQL.
  • Experience building responsive, user-focussed interfaces in dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with modern development practices (e.g., CI/CD, microservices, or cloud-based architectures).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for crafting intuitive user experiences.
  • Demonstrated success in dividing projects into manageable parts, accurately estimating timelines, and consistently producing high-quality results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, adept at explaining technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
