Assan Panel also has polyurethane systems business unit under AssanChem as well as AFG Steel company providing EPCM solutions in building envelope, roof top solar plants, cold rooms and construction of industrial buildings.

We are looking for a Packaging Operator in our facility, Ipswich.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in production or packaging
• Knowledge of shrink-wrapping, panel handling, forklift and overhead crane operation
• Quality control skills and ability to follow instructions
• Resilient, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Job Description:

• Prepare and organize the work area, receiving tasks from the previous shift
• Shrink-wrap panels from the saw section and ensure they are ready for shipment
• Check barcodes and perform visual quality inspections
• Measure second-grade panels and record data in the system
• Guide assistants in handling scrap sheets and weigh scrap/foam materials
• Support production and maintenance activities as needed
• Collaborate with all departments to maintain smooth production and customer satisfaction
