NetSuite Administrator – NetSuite, Administrator, NetSuite Support Consultant, NetSuite Support, Support Consultant, IT support, IT technician, ERP, NetSuite, IT systems, workflows, configuration, troubleshooting, Celigo, Integration, Ipas, E-commerce, Ecommerce, Retail, Finance, O2C, P2P, R2R, FAM, Cambridgeshire, Leicester, Milton Keynes, Luton, Cambridge, Derby, Peterborough, Coventry, Birmingham - £35,000-£40,000 per annum.
Our client, a leading retail end-user organisation, is looking for a NetSuite Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. You’ll play a key role in supporting our business systems, with a focus on NetSuite ERP. You’ll work closely with the Operations Lead and other teams to keep their systems running smoothly, resolve day-to-day issues, and contribute to small improvements and process optimisations.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or business systems.
- Exposure to or strong interest in learning NetSuite ERP.
- Basic understanding of system administration concepts (users, permissions, configurations).
- Previous hands-on experience with NetSuite
- Exposure to integration tools such as Celigo or SPS Commerce.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) or PIM systems.
- Knowledge of data governance, reporting, or analytics tools.
Responsibilities:
- Support the daily administration of NetSuite ERP, including user account management, permissions, and basic configurations.
- Assist with system maintenance, upgrades, and testing.
- Respond to and resolve end-user support tickets promptly.
- Document processes, common issues, and solutions to build a knowledge base.
- Help maintain data accuracy and integrity across ERP and integrated platforms.
Location: Cambridgeshire
