Payroll Comparison Project Lead in Reading

Harvey Nash is now recruiting for a Payroll Comparison Project Lead, this is a contract role running until June 2026.

• Daily rate of £550 - £600
• Hybrid working – 2 days a week in Reading
• Inside of IR35 / Umbrella only
• Must have strong Payroll Comparison experience
• Oracle HCM

This role would take shape as a Project Manager, taking ownership and running with the project. Our client has a 12-week test phase dedicated to comparing payrolls in two different systems.

Your responsibilities, could include:

• Help define/design PCT test execution.
• Define environment requirements.
• Help the payroll team define data requirements.
• Support the Payroll team in collating manual payroll data adjustments.
• Work with Oracle Consulting to handle data files for comparison Skills and Experience.
• Have previous experience in leading a PCT test phase with hands on experience of payroll reconciliation.

Skills and Experience

• Be well versed in HSDL uploaders to Oracle HCM Cloud and its limitations.
• Understand Oracle Payroll processes in both eBusiness Suite and Oracle Fusion.
• Have previous experience in leading a PCT test phase with hands on experience of payroll reconciliation.
