The Role


You’ll manage and optimise paid campaigns across social and search platforms – Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Google – delivering measurable results for our clients. You’ll work closely with our creative, strategy and client teams to plan campaigns, boost content, and turn insight into action.


This role is a mix of hands-on execution and strategic thinking. You’ll be trusted to manage serious budgets, make smart decisions, and constantly experiment to improve performance.


What You’ll Be Doing


Paid Media Management


Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest


Run paid search campaigns in Google Ads, managing keywords, bids and copy to drive ROI


Manage monthly budgets across multiple clients, ensuring every pound is working hard


Build conversion tracking, set up pixels and troubleshoot attribution where needed


Lead ongoing optimisation and test-and-learn agendas – trialling new formats, audiences and creative approaches to continuously improve performance


Support on content boosting and always-on activity to maximise performance


Insights & Reporting


Analyse results and pull actionable insights to inform next steps


Build and maintain reporting dashboards (Meta, GA4, internal tracking tools)


Monitor performance against KPIs, from engagement and traffic to conversions and ROAS


Contribute to brand uplift and performance studies, helping prove campaign effectiveness


Client Collaboration


Work with Account Managers to translate goals into paid strategies that deliver


Contribute to client calls and reports with clear, confident explanations of results


Partner with creative teams to shape ad copy, visuals and formats that truly convert


Stay up to speed on trends, platform updates and new opportunities for clients


What You’ll Bring


3+ years in paid media, with hands-on experience across Meta Ads Manager and at least two of: TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Ads


Solid understanding of paid search and performance marketing principles


Confident managing large monthly budgets and optimising for results


Experience using GA4, Meta Business Suite and other analytics tools


Strong copywriting instincts – you know what makes people click


Analytical mindset with the ability to turn numbers into clear, actionable insight


Good communication and client relationship skills – you can explain performance in plain English


Organised, proactive and excited to experiment, test and learn
