CRM Test Lead in City of London

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced D365 CRM Test Lead to oversee and execute testing activities for our clients D365 CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle for Dynamics 365 CRM projects, including requirements analysis, test planning, test case design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Manage and mentor a team of QA testers, allocating resources and tasks effectively.
• Design and implement automation frameworks for Dynamics 365 CRM testing using tools such as Selenium, EasyRepro, or similar.
• Conduct manual testing for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance scenarios.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure complete understanding of requirements and expected outcomes.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies related to testing activities and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain test scripts, test data, and automation scripts, ensuring they remain relevant with system updates.
• Provide regular test status reports and metrics to stakeholders.
• Promote best practices in QA processes and ensure adherence to standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform.
• Proven experience in manual and automated testing, including writing test cases, executing test scripts, and reporting defects.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, EasyRepro, UFT, or similar.
• Strong understanding of CRM business processes: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, or relevant modules.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, Power Automate, and API testing is a plus.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a QA team, with prior experience as a Test Lead or QA Lead.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
